Smaller Free Sizing, however the wide soft elastic waist belt has a lot of allowance. Can be tied up inside for a ruffled effect or leave for a classic look. Beautiful soft linen with a belt (not raffia but raffia look). Belt can be swapped out or worn with-included with the skirt.
